Fla. Stat. § 736.0103(9) – Florida Statutes

Text of Fla. Stat. § 736.0103(9)

“Environmental law” means a federal, state, or local law, rule, regulation, or ordinance that relates to protection of the environment or human health.

History of Fla. Stat. § 736.0103(9)

The term “environmental law” has been consistently defined since the Florida Trust Code took effect in 2007. However, the placement of the definition has changed multiples times. For example, the term was originally a part of Fla. Stat. § 736.0103(6). At that time, Fla. Stat. § 736.0103(9) defined the term “guardian of the property.”
